  • Vessel Position Records (Latitude and Longitude)
  • Data available on the vessel network (depth, speed, heading, temperature, atmospheric pressure, etc.)
  • If you purchase Saillogger's products and services, we collect billing and credit card information and we may collect your address and phone number. We do not store this information, it is required by our payment provider to complete the purchase transaction. Such information will be stored on their servers and systems.
  • If you join Saillogger Partner Program, we collect your tax identification number (e.g. SSN or EIN), your bank account details, your address, phone number and other relevant information. We do not store this information, it is required by our payment provider to make payouts to you. Such information will be stored on their servers and systems.

Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through Saillogger's public message boards or logs, this information may be collected and used by others.

We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services. (g) submitting your tax identification or bank account details when you participate in our Partner Program. We will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to services and/or products you have requested from us. Saillogger collects and uses your personal information, including information pertaining to you and your vessel to operate and deliver the services you have requested.

Saillogger may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from Saillogger and its affiliates.

Saillogger may use your personal information and data to communicate marketing messages to you and our customers, to deliver newsletter and updates to you, and to provide new product offerings and additional services you may have an interest in knowing; and
